Week 3 - Thing 7: Fire wins.

For Thing #7 I am supposed to write about technology. The technology that I have chosen to write about is fire.

Fire is great, it allows us to have steak, firearms, indy car racing, and many other awesome things.

Fire can be used to kill bees.

Week 3 - Thing 6: Ninjas are everywhere.

For Thing #6 we are supposed to check out Flickr mashups and 3rd party stuff. I checked out mappr because it was the first one in the list. I found mappr interesting for two reasons.

Reason number 1: Mappr has the ability to locate ninjas! This is facinating because ninjas are practically invisible.

Reason number 2: Mappr doesn't work very well.

Example:
It doesn't do more than say "Loading 0%".

NOTE: Ninjas have been located as close as Richmond, VA.

Week 3 - Thing 5: Robots are awesome.

In my spare time I like to dress up like a robot and crush things.

7 and 1/2 Highly Effective Habits of People who like to make lists.

I watched the 7 and 1/2 Habits presentation. Most of those habits seem pretty effective. Personally, I try to learn something new every day. Today I learned this fun factoid:

FACTOID: Banging your head against a wall uses 150 calories an hour.

I estimate that I will burn 300-450 calories trying to figure out how one can have 1/2 of a habit.

This is my first AWESOME post.
