I watched the 7 and 1/2 Habits presentation. Most of those habits seem pretty effective. Personally, I try to learn something new every day. Today I learned this fun factoid:
FACTOID: Banging your head against a wall uses 150 calories an hour.
I estimate that I will burn 300-450 calories trying to figure out how one can have 1/2 of a habit.
